Galmere has a diverse and talented team, with strong skills enabling excellence. Our founders and management have a rich history in farming heritage, food supply chain management and retail giving us a unique and in-depth understanding of the processes required start to finish.
A dedicated culinary team, led by renowned consultant Chef Thomas Haughton allows us to create contemporary dishes led by market research and consumer demand. They work in harmony with our production team led by our NPD Lead, Emma Keane and NPD Chef, Michelle Connor.
A six strong technical team liaises with customers, regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies.
