Our Team

Galmere has a diverse and talented team, with strong skills enabling excellence. Our founders and management have a rich history in farming heritage, food supply chain management and retail giving us a unique and in-depth understanding of the processes required start to finish.

A dedicated culinary team, led by renowned consultant Chef Thomas Haughton allows us to create contemporary dishes led by market research and consumer demand. They work in harmony with our production team led by our onsite development chef, Michelle Connor.

A four strong technical team, led by Ben Adams, liaises with customers, regulatory authorities and accreditation bodies. Ben leads a strong department to attain and sustain the highest standards throughout the organisation.

Behind the scenes Financial Controller Rod Moran leads his team monitoring and measuring all the way while still running a tight ship in the Finance Department.
